• FCM device token, device type, OS version, app version, IP address
• Push notifications and support communications

• Account management, document storage, work permit and CIDB status tracking
• Expiry reminders for work permit, CIDB, and service payments
• Live chat, FAQ, and optional AI-assisted support
• Payment processing and fraud prevention
• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Google Firebase (FCM) — push notifications
• Google Gemini — optional AI chat/voice transcription
• Pusher — real-time chat
• Billplz / CommercePay / FPX — online payments (where applicable)

5. App Permissions

Internet, Notifications, Camera/Photos/Storage (documents), Microphone (voice chat only if you choose).

5a. Location Collection (Worker App)

With your permission, the app may collect your device location approximately once per hour while you are logged in. This is used only for worker service verification and support. We do not sell location data.

• Location is sent securely to SNT GROUP servers
• Older location logs are automatically deleted after 20 days
• You can revoke location permission in Android Settings at any time
• If permission is denied, some features may not work

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share with authorized employer admins, service providers, or when required by Malaysian law.

7. Data Retention & Security

Data is kept only as long as needed for services and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable security safeguards.
