These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.sntgroupmalaysia.com, our worker portal, mobile application, and online payment services operated by SNT GROUP (M) SDN BHD.

1. Services

SNT GROUP provides workforce management, work permit and visa renewal support, CIDB services, document processing, and related administrative services. We do not provide passport renewal services. Online payments may be processed through approved gateways such as CommercePay, Billplz, or FPX.

2. Payments

• Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed through approved channels before services are processed.
• You are responsible for submitting correct payment details and references.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever technically possible.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and employment information.
• Upload only lawful documents you are authorized to submit.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Do not misuse the website, portal, app, chat, or payment platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Government and immigration processing timelines are outside our direct control.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
